Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or Canadian public holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We offer free tracked shipping on all orders to the United States and Canada.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. While we do our best to meet these estimates, actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances outside our control.
Tracking
All orders include tracking. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are fulfilled from British Columbia, Canada, by our fulfillment partner Breakthrough Studio. Multiple carriers are used depending on your location and the most efficient route available. Your tracking confirmation will identify the carrier handling your shipment.
International Shipping
International shipping outside of Canada and the United States is not available at this time. We expect to offer international shipping in the future, so check back soon.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, or your package has not arrived within 15 business days of your ship date, please contact us at hello@yaketypack.com and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us right away at hello@yaketypack.com and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.
